Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Retention Leader LLC ("the Agency"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any new terms.
2. Services Provided
Retention Leader LLC agrees to provide digital marketing services, utilizing the Go High Level platform, as agreed upon in the signed proposal or agreement. Services may include but are not limited to email marketing, SMS marketing, automation, CRM management, and other related services.
3. Client Obligations
The Client, whose representative is identified as Josh and can be contacted at info@retentionleader.com or (623) 343-6383, agrees to provide all necessary information, access, and cooperation required for the successful delivery of services. Delays caused by the Client may affect project timelines and outcomes.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees for services will be outlined in the proposal or agreement. Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, will be specified. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.
6. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created or provided by Retention Leader LLC in the course of providing services, including but not limited to marketing materials and strategies, shall remain the property of Retention Leader LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Termination may incur fees for work completed up to that point. The Client is responsible for any outstanding fees upon termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Retention Leader LLC's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client. Retention Leader LLC is not responsible for any consequential, indirect, or special damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if not resolved, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arizona.
10. Miscellaneous
Any modifications to these terms must be in writing and signed by both parties. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements.
